Condo vacation rentals in Dartmouth

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

Justine was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped , slightly away from the bustle of town but easy walking distance to everything Dartmouth h has to offer. Exactly as described.

An absolute gem of a place! Very clean and tidy, finished to a very high standard and the cute outdoor court yard was perfect to enjoy a glass of champagne! Jennifer was very responsive and all the check in, check out instructions worked perfectly. The little treats left by Jennifer were amazing and fresh flowers on the kitchen table made it feel so homely. We had an amazing stay and we would definitely love to return. Dartmouth is such a lovely place with lots of restaurants and shops. The location was incredible everything within walking distance and no hills to climb!

Christopher is a wonderful host and we’ve had an amazing time staying in his beautiful apartment. There is so much to see and do, a few places to mention include the river boat to Totnes, a stroll to Dartmouth castle, visit to Dartmouth museum - brilliant - highly recommended, Rockfish fish & chips and visits to the creperie…delicious…. We hope to return in the new year for our third visit…Many thanks to you Christopher

The location and proximity to the River are what this apartment is all about. It is within easy walking distance to all the local amenities and also has a very good private parking space which is priceless in Dartmouth. The apartment is quite comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need to create a meal or just have a quick breakfast. The most wonderful part are the views from the windows out onto the river from the living area, the main bedroom and the terrace, they are fabulous. We had a great time in Dartmouth and would definitely recommend this apartment as you would find it very hard to better the location or the value for money. A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Really lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. Pre arrival comms from Matthew made it easy. Found it a great base for visiting Shaldon, Torbay, and a longer trip to Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth which are both beautiful. Made good use of the Bodyboards in the apartment and the weather was kind. Great pubs on the back beach as well. Would recommend.

Amazing location close to Burrator reservoir and open moorland. Really close to Plymouth & Tavistock. The Burrator Inn is close by who has a great menu and 🍻. Check in was painless and the accommodation was perfect. I met the family and all really lovely people. Will rebook and see you again soon.

Lovely flat, beautifully equipped and presented, situated 2 minutes from the Hoe, 5 minutes from the city centre and maybe 10 minutes from the Barbican. Private parking space very handy. Ursula is an excellent, responsive host and instantly offered a refund when at very short notice I had to arrive a day late. My stay was for work purposes but it’d be equally good for a leisure break. Can't fault the flat or the host.

We had 8 nights at Jennifer's flat. It was just as we expected and very clean. Booking was easy and Jennifer was very helpful when we altered the booking. Exmouth was a great place for the South West Coastal Path walking that we had planned and also great for some chill days as well. We ate in lots of nights and the flat had everything we needed. There is a lovely view of the estuary from the living room. We also found nice bars and restaurants for the other evenings. Great place, would thoroughly recommend the town and Jennifer's flat. A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Lovely stay, beautiful location and access to beach. Spa pass worth the money, note kids can only use pool between 8.30-10 and 4-6 so it got pretty busy at these times!
