Vacation rentals with beach access in Dartmouth

Very nice place to stay. The view from the back yard is priceless and is very relaxing .She has everything there to make for a nice evening outside ,patio lights, firepit ,lite up dock and picnic table right on the water. Inside is very clean and cozy and is not lacking for anything that you might need .This is not a place that you want to make any excessive noise as there is another residence right above you.

Absolutely beautiful place-being able to see it in fresh snowfall was breathtaking. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. It was fully equipped and well-kept - the office space was perfect for me to do some work while there and so much light came in during sunny days. Host was very communicative and friendly and wanted to make sure we got in okay and if we needed anything to reach out. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Esther’s place. It was calm, tranquil, the setting was glorious and we had a wonderful time. We ate our breakfast watching seals playing in the water and ate our dinner watching epic sunsets. Esther was very helpful and there is plenty to do in the area. We would definitely recommend it.

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

We drove in from PEI not having been to the area. I’m so glad we took the chance! The pictures do not reflect the absolute beauty of the accommodation and surrounding landscape. The view from our bedroom window was amazing!!! We found Rachael to be the hostess with the mostest :) so very kindhearted! Everything we needed and more with helpful guidance prepared for us. The cleanliness was so refreshing!! Don’t hesitate, nothing to fear! Book it!

We stayed for 6 months and it was absolutely wonderful! There were lots of beaches and trails nearby to take our dog. The views were amazing! We even saw a seal once! The apartment was beautiful as well, especially the kitchen (as someone who loves to cook and bake it was perfect!) It's the perfect distance from Halifax if you don't like the bustle of a city but still want to do some sightseeing if you don't mind driving a bit! Overall we loved every part of our stay :)

Wow!!! What can I say, unfortunately there is no 10 stars to rate this place and Courtenay. She has done such a fantastic job, we arrived there was water in the fridge and milk, fresh cookies and local caramels from Lure!! I felt like it was my birthday. Beautiful little notes left for us all to welcoming us to the property. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s around the world and in Nova Scotia and these guys knocked it out of the park. I need to go and re-review previous properties to make the level of service, support and quality of the accommodation make sense. This is beyond 5 stars and actually deliver so well so thoughtfully that I would not want to stay anywhere else. Amazing location, sunrise and sunset were just beautiful over the ocean. Tucked away but still close for groceries or nipping into Halifax. Courtenay was super responsive but honestly everything is there so no need to ask for anything. Tea, coffee, everything you need other than main groceries was a big help.

This home is a gem. It has amazing woodwork and design. Every square inch of the property has been attended to. It was cozy and spacious enough for our family. We could have stayed several more days! The view of sunsets on St. Margaret's bay is etched upon my mind. The back and side yard ins nestled up on Paddy's head and you can walk down to the water and forget about life for a while.

Very cozy place! It was right by the water with a beautiful view. Very convenient as well. We were about a 30 minutes drive from Downtown Halifax. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place and amazing host! I'd stay there again. :)

We definitely needed this after spending too much time downtown. It was incredibly easy to find, it was quiet and peaceful yet not far from basic needs like groceries. I really enjoyed waking up and seeing the sunrise from the living room, one day even included a partial solar eclipse. The space was bright and spacious, the water was very hot and great to relax in, the beds were very comfortable and the place was around beautiful surroundings. We loved the sounds of the ocean blasting on the rocky shores. I would definitely come back here again and I hope it’s soon honestly. This place was a great stress releaser.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little cottage right on the water! After busy days hiking and exploring Nova Scotia, coming back to relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit was perfect. The cottage itself is cozy and beautifully decorated - small but thoughtfully arranged, making it feel homey. A great choice for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful location. We loved the views from the porch. Very clean and well stocked. Our daughter loved all the board games and the kayaks were a very fun bonus! Wish we booked for a much longer stay! Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing place! Great views. We really enjoyed our stay. We even got to share our mornings with 4 seals sunning themselves within view. Can't wait to return.

We stayed at Krystina and Fred’s with our two Grandchildren and our dog. It was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was so peaceful and we really enjoyed our time. It’s only a twenty minute drive to Halifax which suited us fine. We cooked the majority of our meals at the cottage and I must say the kitchen was well equipped. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the cottage . It is exactly as advertised.
