Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Chiara. Die Kommunikation war 1A und auch die Wohnung wie beschrieben. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Kanal! Auch mit Hund war die Lage super, da drumherum viele Parks sind. :)

Maurizio's home is very well situated when visiting Milan. We stayed a week with our two little dogs and took buses which are located a minute from the home to the metro. Getting to the Duomo or Central Station took only 30 minutes total. Milan has an extensive bus and metro system and is extremely easy to use. We appreciated Maurizio's ground floor home with no stairs as my husband has a mild disability. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook and the living room was comfortable after a day of sightseeing. Maurizio was very kind and very communicative before and throughout our stay. He had very good suggestions for dinner and the pizza restaurant across the street was excellent. The neighbourhood felt very safe and the home is quite quiet during the night even though it is on a main road. There is a really nice canal walk just two blocks away as well. Overall, this home was very comfortable and we would recommend Maurizio's home for your next stay in Milan.

Apartment is very good. Federico was a great host, nice, attentive , helpful and efficient when needed. Also was flexible to support us before the checkin. My only downside is the area..close to the train station is a positive side, however has some dodgy streets around which could make some cautious, mostly at times.

Tout est positif, l’accueil, la relation avec les hôtes, la disponibilité, la gentillesse. Et pour la maison, rien à dire, tout était bien. Lieu, tranquillité, propreté, espace, si nous retournons dans la région, nous ne choisirons pas un autre établissement. Merci pour tout ! Patrice et toute la famille.

Bardzo dobre miejsce do poznawania okolic Mediolanu. Gospodarz pomocny, szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Bardzo spodobała mi się możliwość elastycznej godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania.

Verblijf was prima in orde. Behalve de hond die een paar verdiepen verder je elke ochtend wekt en de dag door blijft blaffen, vind ik persoonlijk storend. De locatie lag op 100m van showroom Paula Lenti waar we de ganse week als Domani een samenwerking hadden tijdens Salone 2024.

L’ appartamento è molto confortevole, in posizione strategica per raggiungere il parco di Monza anche a piedi e altre località rinomate come Milano, Monza, Lecco, Como, Bergamo e così via. L’host e sua moglie sono persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili a venire incontro a ogni esigenza dei clienti. Pulizia ottima, comodissimo il posto macchina privato e c’è anche la piscina all’aperto per i mesi più caldi. Valutazione complessiva: Cinque stelle superior! Grazie! Torneremo sicuramente. Ilaria

Alloggio moderno, dotato di ogni comfort. Portineria h24, piscina, palestra e accesso al rooftop rendono la permanenza veramente piacevole! Ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di avere la fibra veloce in casa per esigenze di lavoro. Consigliato!

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Fabrice est un hôte exeptionnel. Réactif , agréable,pret à rendre service. Le logement est en tout point conforme au descriptif, calme, agréable, bien agencé. le bus est juste à coté. Je recommande en tout point Fabrice tant pour les qualités de son logement que pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Bereits von der ersten Minute waren wir begeistert von diesem Loft: es ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Danke der zentralen Lage kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuss erreichen. Trotzdem wohnt man hier absolut ruhig, denn das stylische Loft befindet sich zu einem schön gestalteten Innenhof hin. Sehr wertvoll ist die Möglichkeit die private Garage zu nutzen. Wir waren im Dezember hier und möchten positiv erwähnen dass das Loft über eine Fussbodenheizung sehr gut beheizt war. Also ideal auch für einen Aufenthalt in den Wintermonaten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Eu simplesmente amei a casa, os problemas que tive na casa Daniele prontamente me ajudou! A casa é ainda melhor que no anúncio, sinal de internet era muito bom, a casa super equilibrada lugar super tranquilo, fui à Milão a trabalho e ano que vem quando volta a Milão a trabalho novamente alugarei a casa de Daniele mais uma vez! E minha casa em Milão agora ❤️

Excelente lugar..Habitación muy confortable. Impecables los espacios. Todos los servicios y comodidades del lugar extraordinarios. La relación precio valor inmejorable. Muy buena ubicación.

It was amazing to stay on the place. The shower water temperature and pressure was excellent and two separate rooms. Perfect for two couples. The kitchen was great, has little balcony to see the neighbor and it’s close to the central. I would certain recommend this place. The wi-Fi is good too! The only downside is the stair if you have a lot of luggage but it’s already described on the reservation and if you like the cook the sink takes a little time to drain all the water. Overall the place was good for us and Lauretta was helpful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L’accueil a été chaleureux, le logement correspondait totalement aux photos et à la description. Il est situé tout proche de la gare et du métro ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Milan et ses alentours. Nous recommandons ce logement!

The house was very clean and exactly like the pictures. There was a grocery store 2 minute walk away and public transportation was available very close by. Matilde was a great host, she recommended us food spots around the area and was always responsive when I asked questions. We had a great experience!

Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super und die Lage ist gut Zentral mit Bahn und Bus vieles auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.
