There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. The Shed at Cozy Bnd is new, will accomodate 2 adults, quiet and cozy. Located just West of Larrabee's Building Supply in West Danville, VT. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is located directly behind the property for 4 seasons of recreation. This is a great trail, free for all to walk, hike, bike, ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. Centrally located in Northern VT, Burke Mountain, Jay Peak, Stowe are all very accessible from here for a day trip or dining. We look forward to meeting you soon.
