There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. The Shed at Cozy Bnd is new, will accomodate 2 adults, quiet and cozy. Located just West of Larrabee's Building Supply in West Danville, VT. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is located directly behind the property for 4 seasons of recreation. This is a great trail, free for all to walk, hike, bike, ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. Centrally located in Northern VT, Burke Mountain, Jay Peak, Stowe are all very accessible from here for a day trip or dining. We look forward to meeting you soon.
