The "bedroom" is a half-height lounging area (no standing height), which can be reached via a small wooden ladder/staircase. Also from the bed you have a great view of the water. We rent our beautifully renovated basement apartment in Holtenau directly on the canal. Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.

Living on the estate

In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake. In the lower part of the building there is a large kitchen with adjoining dining room and hall
