Monthly Rentals in Dania Beach

Great host! Like I said pictures were a little vague, they did offer to repaint, but my wife didn’t wanna go through smelling repainting. They did give us rebates for that. All in all I would rent from him again.

I had a very comfortable stay at Rafa's place. I felt safe and it was very quiet. I will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you Rafa!

The location was within walking distance of many canals. There were 3 ocean beaches also near us (15 to 30 minutes away). We went to all of them and probably liked the Johnson State Park best. The admission is only $6.00 and there is plenty of free parking. Publix is close and it was fun to view the airport take offs and landings from a beautiful bike path area nearby. The house was perfect and exactly as pictured. Bob & Marlene

Had a fantastic time staying at Ryder’s place. The unit was clean and as expected and communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.
