The house is secluded on the lake plot of the island of Tranholmen, 8 minutes by ferry to Ropsten. A car-free idyll separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. Winter time footbridge to the island.

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children.
