What a lovely place to stay at. Surrounded by nature, and nestled in the middle of the valley of a 1000 hills, we felt immediately at home. Kirsten and Roy are exceptionally welcoming, hospitable, caring, and warm-hearted hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we always had all we needed to enjoy our time in Drummond. Their recommendations were always spot-on and quite helpful to get ourselves quickly familiarized with the area. The cottage itself has everything one could possibly need for a comfortable long-term stay. Super comfy bedding, relaxing lounge area, and of course, no load shedding. 😁 As a bonus, guests have access to the huge and wonderfully arranged garden and can even take a soothing walk around the estate while enjoying the gorgeous view of the hills. We deeply enjoyed every moment of our stay with you guys and can't think of a better place to be while in KwaZulu-Natal. The place just felt at home. Host gave clear directions and pictures of the entrance so it was so easy to find. Spacious, inside and outside. Loved the labelled cupboards in the kitchen which made it sooo easy to find things.
