Our stay at the Belk House was great! Lessa was a wonderful host, very nice and responsive. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. Close to nice restaurants and stores, and 30 minute drive to Mammoth Cave and Corvette museum. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next time!

Very convenient to our event, in a quaint area, convenient to a few local spots. Great stay for the kids--they loved the bunk bed!

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

We had a wonderful time at Justin’s place. The property was so cool to explore and the house was perfect for our party of 5. I loved that it was kid friendly and so did my three nieces. We loved playing board games and the outdoor yard games were a hit as well. And at night we were super cozy on the couch while we watched a movie. The waterfalls are so special and it was so fun hiking, exploring and seeing all of the incredible wildlife! Just as with any more rural area, if you visit in the off season try calling the area restaurants ahead of time to make sure they’re open! We all said we wished we could have stayed longer and that we’d definitely love to go back. Thank you, Justin for sharing such a cool spot with us!

Great country environment. This was our 2nd stay this fall and winter. I will say you will not be disappointed if you want to just get away from the hassle of crowds for some R and R.

This place is one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all places we have stayed. The place was clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was easy to navigate to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets and dozens of restaurants. I've stayed at this place three times now, and I can honestly say it's hands-down the coolest spot around. Modern, stylish, and super comfortable—everything about it just works. Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. If you're looking for a place that's a step above the rest, this is it. Can't wait for stay number four!

I enjoyed my short stay, close proximity to several boat launches and easy to locate. The place was clean and the helpful recommendations for food and etc was a great addition. Would definitely stay again.

Located in the historic downtown area, this place is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are so many places to dine and grab delicious coffee. The hosts were beyond accommodating with my stay! I definitely would stay here again!

We were just in for a brief trip, but we were sad about that the minute we walked through the door. This place was immaculate, exactly as described, and the bed was COMFORTABLE. The water pressure is great, the couch looked comfortable, but we honestly just slept there and left. The host kindly left a personal note for us, and I ended up keeping that. Little did they know it was our anniversary, so it’s going in our memories box. Just super friendly people, very flexible, and the home was exactly as it looks. Would 10/10 stay here again and for longer. First time staying in Livingston, but looks like there’s a lot to do between there and Spencer — we will be back!

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.

Had a good stay here! It was very easy to check-in and the host was super responsive. The place even had pots, skillets, etc. which was nice we didn’t have to bring our own or buy anything (except it didn’t have a 9 by 13 pan which I could’ve used). This place was perfect for what was needed!

The place was what we expected. Location perfect with the marina less than a half mile down the street! You will need to be mindful that it’s not central air. It cooled all the rooms well, but you have to keep bedroom doors open. We would rent again! The space was all we needed and it was cozy.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a nice place to stay and this fit the bill! It was easy to find, very clean, and felt cozy. The upstairs neighbor does have some squeaky floorboards, but I don’t fault Blair for that! A good place to stay overall.

My son and I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful lakefront Airbnb. The accommodations were perfect - clean, comfortable, and with stunning lake views. What truly made this experience special was the incredible hospitality of our hosts Liz and Wade. From the moment they both greeted us upon arrival to the end and good-byes, we felt like this was a very personal experience. We took a very early boat ride for some before dawn fishing through mid-day as well. Wade is an awesome guide who really worked hard to put us on fish and was very patient with my son getting him familiar with the fishing gear AND what an amazing fishing boat! It was such a memorable experience, and we truly appreciated the personal touch. There will be plans to visit again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with outstanding hospitality!
