From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. Owned by our family for 20 years and fully restored in 2005, and equipped with every comfort: underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, sauna, wood stove, terrace, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Outside, there is a large terrace and there is space for 4 cars in the parking lot.
