Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach: * the village shop * a local restaurant * the bus stop The river is about a 15-minute walk away. In summer, the surrounding area invites you to enjoy beautiful hikes and excursions. In winter, you will find wonderful ski resorts nearby, easily accessible by the free ski bus.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

MooRooM

Our apartment MooRooM with mountain views is in a quiet location on the sunny side of the idyllic, small village called Dalaas at the foot of the Arlberg. The apartment with separate entrance has been recently renovated and offers everything you need to feel quite comfortable: a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy sofa corner, a double bed and a sofa bed can accommodate four people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, towels and a hairdryer.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Life Arlberg! Welcome to the new family apartment house "Am Gehren" in Warth. The house is situated in a quite lonely surrounding near to an wild river. You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

Our bright, sunny apartment is located on the ground floor and has a private, covered, barrier-free entrance and a carport right outside the door. In addition, there is a key box for contactless processing if needed. The bus stop is a 1–2 minute walk – perfect for excursions in the region.
