Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Dakota County

Aaron is an exceptional and responsive host. A couple unexpected issues arose on the first day and Aaron was proactive, responsive and professional and resolved the issues quickly. The home is immaculate and it’s clear the host takes great pride in guests having a great stay. I highly recommend Aaron’s place and would stay there again.

Appreciated flexibility of homeowner as we needed an early check in and a pet friendly home. Homeowner was responsive. Thoughtful welcome basket was a nice touch.

Shane's place was a great. The backyard was really cool. We saw deer and wild turkeys roaming the backyard. The house had everything you needed especially when you cook your own food. The location of the house was close to all highways needed to get around the twin cities easily. Shane gave us local recommendations based on our interests. His communication was welcoming and his response time was quick. If you enjoy soft beds, which I do specifically, this was likely the best bed I've had at any airbnb and vrbo I've stayed at. We slept great on them. this was a great getaway for us (2 parents and 2 kids 5yrs and 7yrs old). thank you again for a great stay!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay with our extended family at this property. The spacious house was perfect for our gathering, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially loved watching the comings and goings of hundreds of Canadian geese, trumpeter swans, bald eagles, herons, and other birdlife from the large picture window in the main room. I've never seen anything like it! Staying here in the winter, we especially appreciated the working fireplace, which made the common area feel warm and inviting; a perfect spot to gather and spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing family meals easy, and the large dining table was perfect not only for sharing meals together but also for playing games afterward.

Hoang and Phuong were great hosts. They were proactive and easy with communication. Their home had a lot of thoughtful amenities. The location was great for our family trip. Our children enjoyed playing in the backyard with a swing set and slide and in the basement. It was walking distance to Edinborough Park with a wonderful indoor playground and short driving distance to Mall of America.

Brittney’s place is absolutely adorable! 🥰 Love, love, LOVE everything about her delightful, comfy, cozy house. I slept 10 hours the first night and 8 hours each night there after. My bedroom was the white bedroom. Everything down to the fresh clean fragrance free linens was perfection. Brittney had treats waiting for us upon arrival which was so nice after traveling all day long. Our favorites are the Hi-Chews. My sister and I can’t say enough good things about Brittney’s Place!!!! We didn’t want to leave. 🏡 Brittney and Olivier, you rock!!!! 🤩 We can’t wait to come back. 🤟🏻

My husband and I loved this place! From the moment we walked in we agreed it had so many things that we both wanted for our dream home. The area was peaceful and beautiful and the the closest town had an amazing spot for breakfast- The Kitchen Table. Definitely would stay again!

Even before booking she gave me the heads up that it might be a small place for 4; however, she went that extra step and gave us everything possible to have a comfortable stay. It might be a bit small for four, but perfect for a couple or a family of 2. It's a beautiful place with such a peaceful neighborhood to go unwind. My favorite part was definitely the fireplace. Thank you once again ... will definitely book when i'm ever in town.

The house and neighborhood were perfect! My 7 year old really enjoyed the bunny sculptures out front and all the family games. The house was even nicer than expected. We loved resting in the little alcove near the entryway.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely little farm just outside Minneapolis. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and felt like home right away. It was fully equipped with everything you typically need, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, offering lots of great tips about the area. It’s also a great starting point for shopping trips – close to the Mall of America and the outlet mall in Eagan. I would definitely stay here again – highly recommended!

Apryl made this stay extremely easy and enjoyable! Anything that I needed was either already supplied or willingly gifted by Apryl! Even when we ran into some plumbing issues she was super helpful and efficient in making sure the place was good to go as soon as possible! I had my dog with me and numerous times she went out of her way to make sure he had treats and a cozy bed to sleep on while I was away at workouts. I would 10/10 recommend this place as it’s a quick trip to downtown Minneapolis and only a few blocks from the interstate! Apryl was a great host for many different reasons, and if I am ever back I will definitely be looking to stay again!

This loft truly was cozy! It was immaculately clean, had lots of charming touches, and was quite comfortable. In spite of a busy main street, we were never bothered by noise. The loft was very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do...1 block to the Cannon Valley trailhead, 1/2 block to Nick's Diner, and acress the street from a great antique store. The host was extremely responsive with a minor issue we had with the TV (we are NOT techy.) She is such a kind and friendly woman. We would definitely stay here again, should the occasion arise!

Great location and great neighborhood. You will never run out of hot water in the shower. We had six people showing back to back and never ran out lol

We had a great stay at John's place. It was easy to get to from the airport and close to some shops and restaurants in the area. The space was comfy and designed well. John was very communicative and helpful throughout our time there. Would definitely stay there again!
