The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

Lovely stay in a cool, clean space with a friendly, communicative host. Easy to get to with a car, plenty of free parking options. There were loads of things to do and see in the vicinity, whether on foot or by car, and we highly enjoyed our time there.

We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

this was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. so comfortable and clean. Very friendly welcome and could not ask for a better host. it was a bit too cool to use the pool, but we had fantastic days out very short drives away. we all fell in love with Croatia and the lovely people. I would highly recommend this, it is on the edge of town, so close to a beach and felt like being in the country.

We will definitely stay at Patricia's place - everything was well furnished, clean, filled with useful household supplies. There was nothing superfluous in the apartment - a comfortable double bed, a sofa, even a sea view from the balcony. It was convenient to live, cook. Patricia recommended great places to visit, was always available and answered any questions, although there were almost none. The sea was very close, with a great pine park, cafes, tennis courts and large shopping centers where you can find everything in 7 minutes. Someone may be confused by the nearby ancient cemetery, but it is not at all visible from the windows and if I had not looked at the map, I would not have known about it:)) We had a great time! We recommend Patricia and her wonderful apartment to everyone🤍

This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. We didn't have to worry about bringing or buying any essentials, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Milos went above and beyond by providing us with a generous welcome gift - a bottle of water, juice, and even wine! This kind gesture really set the tone for our entire stay. We had a beautiful and relaxing week exploring lovely Rovinj. The apartment was comfortable and very central. We went for walks every day - always seeing something new - and never needed to drive anywhere. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and very thoughtful about our comfort. Luka was a great host.He met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. He was proactive and messaged to tell us about events that were going on in the harbour.The apartment was great with lovely views over the sea and old town just as in the photos. We were near lots of restaurants, shops and the harbour with lovely walks around the bay.I would definitely recommend his place to friends and family.

Fully equipped apartment, strategically located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Pula, 20 min walk to the city center, and close to a supermarket and a shopping mall. I hope to be back soon.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Had a fantastic stay in the apartment with my wife and kids. Jure was great to keep us updated on what there was to see from the coliseum to his local beach knowledge. He also arranged a half day kayak trip with his neighbors company and my kids loved it! Snorkelling with fish in a sea cave was the highlight of the trip. The stone beach a few minutes short walk from the apartment was also lovely and relaxing and so peaceful for an evening dip to cool off after we arrived. The apartment is lovely and modern and much more spacious than we thought with 3 huge double rooms and 2 shower rooms. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a lovely supermarket 5 mins walk away for anything you need. Jure also left us some local delicacies and a local drink which was great for a sundowner on the balcony looking out over the sea. We packed a lot in for a short stay and will definitely be back for a longer visit. A really great place to stop off on the coast route and a great host.

Great apartment, 10/10! Quiet and safe neighborhood, beach is in walkable distance, bakery is in 5 min walk. The apartment is very clean, spacious, has all the amenities (AC was a life saver in this August heat). The host is very attentive, immediately reacted to our requests. Real gem for this price!

We had the absolute best family break - everything was perfect, the apartment, the local area, everything. Tea and family were very welcoming and accommodating, also very generous - we felt right at home. Will definitely be back again 😊👌🏻
