Die 90 Quadratmeter messende Wohnung direkt am Strand verfügt über eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, ein durchgängiges Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung für die kalten Monate und Flächenkühlung für den Hochsommer sowie raumhohe Fenster für eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre. Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgen zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80 breitem Doppelbett bzw. zwei separaten Einzelbetten. Um auch außerhalb der Sommermonate mit frischem Mut in die Ostsee springen zu können oder sich nach einem Spaziergang wieder aufzuwärmen, gibt es in einem der beiden Badezimmer eine kleine, feine Sauna aus Eschenholz und einem leistungsstarken Ofen. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über einen großen, einfach über eine Rampe zu erreichenden Fahrradkeller, in dem mitgebrachte Räder sicher und trocken untergestellt werden können. Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) can feel comfortable. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

In this rural idyll with modern comforts, you can experience special moments close to nature. Far away from the hustle and bustle, but in the neighborhood of popular highlights of the region (Baltic Sea, water sports, culture, shopping, etc.), you can enjoy a unique day at our stud farm. The family's horse breeding tradition is centuries old. Feel free to bring your horse and enjoy lessons up to the highest class - or just the remarkable East Holstein hills.

Surfboard Room 3 Dike View

If you like camping, but don't feel like a tent, you can rent our surfboard room, on the campsite "De Lütte Danziger" in Dahme an der Ostsee, directly on the dike. Each room is about 12 m² and has a 1.40 m bed and a sofa, a mini fridge and a capsule coffee machine. The rooms do not have their own bathroom, but our sanitary house is freely available to you (about 30 m from the cottage). Pets are allowed in some rooms.

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 min from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are available once per stay. Clock tax 2€ per day and person to be paid directly at the beach. Bicycle rental for two persons possible (no e-bike). Charging station for E cars available and available for a fee.

Entire historical captain's house

This is a historic captain's house in a newly renovated condition. The house has 3 en-suite shower rooms, a full bathroom and another shower room. The house has its own park with old trees, solitary trees and a pond. The garden borders a large field, behind which lies the Baltic Sea. Various beaches are no more than a kilometer from the house and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

With an easterly wind you can enjoy the proximity to the beach with the sound of waves and sea air. But otherwise the beach is only a 3-5 minute walk away. Super market and bakery in ca. 600m. The large, quiet garden with a relaxation area, grill, beach chair and other conveniences provide good conditions for a family vacation or relaxation for two.
