In the in-house swimming pool with spacious sauna, you will find pure relaxation not only in summer but also in winter or on rainy days. Spacious, bright, and quiet 2-room apartment (48 sqm) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the sea. It's a five minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 sqm) facing southwest gets sunlight from noon until evening and is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a leisurely breakfast or dinner.
