Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the waterfront of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your secluded 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 12 minutes by bike.

Welcome to our cozy vacation home with a 1A lake view in Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The bungalow is idyllically located in a small settlement between Lake Pönitz, forest and meadows! On foot you are in the water in 1 minute... A beach chair on Haffkrug beach is included! We completely renovated the house in the winter of 2024/25 and redesigned and furnished it with a lot of love for detail to 70 m². Now we are happy to welcome guests who appreciate this place as much as we do.

The semi-detached house was renovated in 2019 and 2020. On the 2nd floor you will find the 2 bedrooms, on the 1st floor the eat-in kitchen and the bathroom. On the large terrace you can end the day and relax on the Hollywood swing. The nearby beaches of the Baltic Sea are quickly reached by car and the great Hansapark is also not far away. In short, the Mönchsperle is the ideal starting point for activities of all kinds and a special kind of haven of peace.

A beautiful bike path leads through the forest to the Baltic Sea 4 km away. My place is perfect for nature lovers, families and also ideal for two generations. The car is parked right outside the door. Hallway, eat-in kitchen, shower room and one bedroom with double bed (2x 80 cm mattresses) & TV are on the ground floor. The approx. 50 sqm light-flooded living area on the first floor can be reached via a wooden staircase. There are also two single beds 80 x 200 cm. The windows can all be darkened. On arrival the beds are made up. The south-facing terrace is accessible from the kitchen and is secluded.
