such a beautiful place! my kids and I had a lovely time at Winston's home. Everything was as described and much more! The owner was very accommodating with our requests and made sure our stay was very comfortable. First time to stay in Pozorrubio and this airbnb just made sure that we will need to be back again soon. This is one of our faves now!

The owner is very accomodating. They even gave us free eggs, mangoes and kamias. My 3 year old daughter likes to talk to the owner (grandma and grandpa) because they are very easy to talk to. They are showing us around their whole place. They entertained us very well and suggested places to go to. The place is very nice and clean. It is also peaceful community. They have a nice house. They have a cold aircon. This is a highly recommended place. Will definitely come back!🥰

Perfect Stay, Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience staying at Gutierrez Apartment's! The apartment was just as described and even better in person. It was [clean, cozy, spacious], and the location was perfect—close to the wedding that we are to attend. The [bed, living space, bathroom, etc.] was very comfortable, and it really felt like a home away from home. John was an excellent host—very responsive and welcoming. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa in Manaoag, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa was immaculately clean, with perfect bedrooms and luxurious linens that ensured a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The crystal-clear pool was a highlight, and we appreciated the extra attention to cleanliness as the pool water was changed twice during our stay. The villa itself was cleaned twice, maintaining its pristine condition throughout our visit. The quiet surroundings made it an ideal retreat. The staff’s diligence in maintaining the villa’s cleanliness and amenities was truly commendable. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway and look forward to returning if we visit Manaoag again.

The place was worth the money, it was very affordable. Also, it is huge and spacious. There were only two hiccups, the map location was not perfect as it was a little difficult to find the listing, we tried waze and google map, but still could not locate, so I had to find a tricycle to show us the place, and there was a tiny prob on connecting to the wifi, password was not working. Despite of the hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends, it is perfect especially for big groups. Love it! One more thing, the host Nena was professional and very accomodating. She should be a Superhost. Thank you host!
