This cozy 400sqft space is the middle cottage of the 'Art' Studio. It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend get away. Saluda River Farms is an 8 acre farm on the Saluda River. Bring your Kayaks to enjoy a relaxing trip up the river or ride your bike on the beautiful back country roads. We are located 7 miles from DT Greenville and only 20 minutes from nature hikes and quaint little country towns. You can also relax on the farm - we have 3 goats and 8 chickens. Pets are always welcome.

Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

Escape to our cozy Upstate cabin. A spacious three-bedroom home nestled on over 2 wooded acres and conveniently located 7 miles from downtown Easley and 17 miles from Downtown Greenville. This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.

The Dwelling Place was created for guests to enjoy Travelers Rest and the beautiful surrounding areas. It is a studio apartment above a detached garage with a private entrance and driveway. We are a one minute walk from the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a 1.2 mile walk from the idyllic downtown Travelers Rest, 20 min. from Greenville, 8 min. from Furman, 15 min. from North Greenville University, and close to numerous hikes, waterfalls, and outdoor adventures!

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered. Please take note when booking; Children older than three are considered "extra guests" and need to be booked accordingly. There is a charge of $10 per night per extra guest after the first two guests.
