Loved our stay at this apartment. clean, comfy, and well-equipped. Good for family stay or group. It is Located in a quiet spot but still just a short walking distance to Duc Ba Church, Independence Palace, and tons of cafes and restaurants. A good balance of peace and central convenience.

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

I've stayed here a few times before - so I know the area. It's an apartment in an older local apartment block. Friendly people, close to a small park and close to a bunch of eateries and etc. I enjoyed my stay once again.

I had a mixed experience at this property. The flat was luxurious with exceptional facilities and stunning views, which earned it a 5-star rating in my book. However, the logistics of getting luggage from the entrance to the flat were a major hassle due to the no-vehicle policy inside the premises. It would be great if this could be considered for future guests, especially those with heavy luggage.

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

We stayed at Duyen's place for five days in HCMC. Our stay was smooth, and she was very helpful whenever we had questions. We dined out every time, so we didn’t use the kitchen, but the kitchen amenities were available. The location of area was convenient, the place was clean, and the price was great for an accommodation in HCMC.

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Im Gebäude gibt es tolle Cafés, und die Kommunikation war stets schnell und freundlich. Kleine Hinweise: Zwei der vier Lampen funktionierten leider nicht, und das Sofa könnte eine Reinigung vertragen. Auch schade: Obwohl Hilfe beim Koffertragen zugesagt war (das Gebäude hat keinen Aufzug. Wohnung ist im 3. Geschoss) und ich meine Ankunft abgestimmt hatte, war letztlich niemand da.

房源在一座胡志明并不多见的高楼里，地段无疑是最大优势，滨城市场、范五老街、美术馆，几家著名的米其林餐厅都在步行距离内，楼下还有几家非常好的连锁咖啡店和按摩店。我去miu miu 按摩了两次，价廉物美。房间很大，一切都很方便。房东沟通都是很快回复。一楼有前台，保安非常热心愿意帮忙提重物。电梯需要刷卡到楼层，非常安全。如果非要说有什么问题，就是装修有些年头了，没有照片看起来那么新。总之，非常愉快的住宿。

We had a fantastic stay at Anh’s Airbnb! The location in District 1 is unbeatable—walking distance to the Opera House, great restaurants, spas, and lots of fun activities. The view of the Saigon skyline, both day and night, was stunning. We especially loved using the gym and taking a sunset swim in the pool. The apartment was so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay, and Anh was very responsive and quickly approved our request. Highly recommend!

Staying at Tien & Any's place was nothing short of exemplary. Clear check-in instructions and the place was tucked away from the loud streets. Very peaceful and still close enough to all major attractions. Tien & Any were very responsive and are great hosts. 10/10 strong recommendation and would definitely stay here again if I'm in HCMC. Annie was a responsive host. We organised airport transfer with her and that made our trip seamless and stress free. The apartment building had great facilities with a lovely rooftop deep pool and moderate gym. The apartment was mostly clean but not 100% spotless but still was very good. The shower head and bathtub require maintenance as one shower head can’t be mounted and the other shower head was flimsy. Excellent location. 5-10 minutes walking to diamond plaza, book street, cathedral. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Great place, view, location, modern, spacious, clean, and no bugs. However, the AC leaks a bit of water when running for a while, so don't put your laptop under the AC ventilation to be safe.

Kim was super attentive and was a lovely host! Kim gave us a plethora of recommendations to eat/see/do and provided so many adorable snacks for us. The place is clean and has a cute charm to it.
