Very welcoming and responsive host at all times. Antonio cares a lot about the well-being of the people in his home. Despite some concerns, he reacted quickly. Very nice location, quiet and close to tourist attractions. The accommodation is very functional, extremely clean and allows you to have a pleasant stay. The proximity to a train station is nice (8-minute walk). We recommend this listing +++ and we will be happy to stay there next time

It's central, in a historic building. Despite being on a very central street with lots of commercial activities open until late, perfect soundproofing. Clean house, equipped with all comforts. Giuseppe was very kind, he accompanied us to check in at home, but it was very late. She allowed a late check-out that gave us the opportunity to make the most of our last day there. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a secure quality residence. A parking space is available, which is really a plus for parking your vehicle during our discoveries of the surroundings of Palermo. We were really at home. Maria Louisa is responsive and efficient. We had a wifi connection problem and the next morning, a technician from the operator came to change the box. She gave us addresses and recommended several places to visit. Thanks to her.

We spent a week at Antonio and Valeria's Zagara house. The house is very nice and well furnished, Valeria's hospitality excellent. The house was one km from the sea and close to all amenities useful for a vacation. Equipped with all the accessories and comforts. We were really satisfied. Highly recommended.

The house has all the comforts, nothing is missing. The beautiful terrace lends itself to pleasant evenings in company thanks to the bistro downstairs that provided us with excellent pizzas and Sicilian delicacies. The area is quiet and also served by public transport, making parking easy. We felt right at home.

The place is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect. Directly on the opposite side of the street is a supermarket. You need to walk to the old town and the beach. We particularly liked the balcony, from which you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. An enrichment was definitely the two e-bikes that were available to us and with which it was easy to explore the surrounding area. Salvo always responded quickly and was very helpful. Unfortunately, we found that there is a cockroach in one of the kitchen cabinets. Aside from that, it was an all-around perfect stay at Salvo's!

This was my first visit to Palermo so I wanted to be in the historic district. This place is a fantastic location & feels like home away from home. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching a sea of people pass by. Tour groups galore! Livia was very informative & went out of her way to help. What I found out was that the businesses downstairs are open until late, there’s no concept of keeping voices down after midnight. At 2 a.m. with vigor, the restaurant staff pull down their shutters, & apart from ambulances & local police sirens, & a few drifters, it’s relatively quiet. 😂 Then at 7 a.m the construction crews kick off & of course Livia provides ear plugs.. Bring your own! Everything is at your doorstep! & it is a beautiful space! Livia was very flexible about our check in time & luggage storage. Grazie mille Livia!

Very cosy apartment with terrace access, close to grocery store, beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, same as the bedrooms. Anything that you may need for cooking, you will find in the kitchen. Also you have a place for barbecue if needed. If we would come back in San Vito, probably we will contact again Ignazia.

Very nice house with everything you need. Great for families with kids of all ages. The absolute highlight is the large and beautifully designed garden with cozy terrace. Unfortunately, there is not really anything to do in the direct surroundings of the house, but with a car you are quickly in different great places! Without a car, however, it is very difficult to get to the house! This should definitely be taken into account. Best of all: Viviana and Federico! Very very nice and helpful, always quickly accessible and yet discreet. They also provided us with great tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. Thank you!! 🙏☺️

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very true to the listing. Clean, comfortable and fantastic view off the veranda and out the kitchen windows. The town is smaller and a bit quiet but a lovely place to relax. If you crave bigger towns there are several in the surrounding areas and all are mentioned in the book of recommendations. Several beach areas in walking distance however 2 are small and don’t offer amenities on the beach. Balestrate is very walkable however will need a car to explore outside areas. Patty, the host was fantastic and always very responsive when we had a question. I absolutely would recommend this property. Bonus * the a/c works really well and that’s rare to find in Sicily.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

Silvia was an excellent host. She was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat, early entry and quick to respond. Silvia gave very detailed description of everything we needed before we arrived. We could not have any asked for a better host!

Massimo is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive, very considerate. He offered great advice as well as background information around Palermo and Sicily, and even offered pickup and drop-off at the airport. I stayed for four weeks and wasn't homesick for even a second. The flat is very well located with a local supermarket almost next door, several good bakeries, cafés and restaurants in short walking distance, and a 20 minute walk to the old city centre. I hope to be back soon.

This is an amazing property in a very nicely restored old building - the inside is very uniquely decorated with custom lights, wall art, furniture and even floor art with a hand painted entryway. There is a courtyard that is only for the use of the apartment, a full washer and separate dryer - both of which worked really well, and the kitchen is wonderful - with lots of seating for eating and talking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so very private from each other - which is ideal for two couples or a family with teenagers that need some space from their parents! We were very happy that we chose this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.

This spot was ideal- new inside, very comfortable bed, super quiet so we slept great, shower had instant hot water, and Michelle very kindly met us early before our checkin time so we could store our bags (free of charge!) before we went over to Favignana for the day, and then also accommodated storing our bags after checkout the next day until we left town. Really appreciated everything and highly recommend staying here!

The accommodation is very spacious! The balcony view is amazing especially at sunset time! The host is very good advice for visits and shops. Great place!

Rosalba went above and beyond to make our short stay comfortable, from adjusting the heaters to telling us where to go for everything from a casual dinner, flea market shopping, and a special birthday dinner. Great location, close to the top sites and good food. Would recommend to anyone.

Home located in a neighborhood a 20-minute walk from the historic center, recently renovated, fresh water bottles in the fridge were waiting for us as well as coffee, tea and cakes available

The apartment is very well located, in the very center of the old town. The apartment is perfect for two or more people, with two independent bedrooms and bathrooms. The big advantage is the spacious terrace. Despite the visit in February, the rooms were very warm. Lucia is a very warm and friendly person. She was great to communicate with. She recommended the city's biggest attractions, or where is the best place to leave the car. She was very helpful and I would love to come back for another visit to Trapani.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marina‘s apartment in Trapani. It has the absolute most wonderful view directly at the sea. It is also situated perfectly in the center of the historic town and very close to the harbour. The construction work of course was a bit of a downside but it wasn‘t too loud and didn‘t bother us at all. We highly recommend it and Maria is a very lovely host. Mille Grazie!
