Welcome to our cozy Dependance! We are happy to host you in a private part of our Villa, designed entirely for our guests’ comfort. You will be surrounded by nature and just a few steps from the sea, with private access to a dreamy little bay. We are only a short drive away from unforgettable places like the Tonnara of Scopello, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the village of Erice, the temples of Segesta and the salt flats of Trapani. The nearest town, Terrasini, is just 5 minutes away by car.

The recently renovated B&B is located in the center of Calatafimi Segesta and overlooks the main square, in an area equipped with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and various commercial activities. It is 5 km from the temple of Segesta, 15 from the beaches of Castellammare del Golfo and 28 from the gypsy reserve. At 45 km you can reach the beautiful salt flats of Marsala and 42 km from the city of Erice. In addition, the airports of Palermo and Trapani are equidistant, about 35 km away.

The room on the second floor is spacious and bright, with new and linear furnishings. The evenings are cool, but there is a ceiling fan. The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a bathtub and a rainfall shower, accessible directly from the bedroom. We have reserved a portion of the terrace for drying towels and swimsuits.

The room is a double room with the possibility of an additional bed. The room has a separate entrance and a veranda where you can stop to enjoy the landscape and tranquility. Guests will enjoy a TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, veranda, internet, linen set and daily hygiene products in the room.

The room includes a queen-sized bed and a private shower. A ceiling fan and a small refrigerator are provided in the room. Room 202 has a private balcony overlooking the city. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and an air-conditioner. This room can host up to three guests comfortably.
