Quiet, facing south, very bright, it overlooks a wooded and flowery courtyard. Cussy is very well located to enjoy the Morvan in any season. Hiking, equestrian, or mountain biking trails pass in front of the house. The lakes and sites to visit are all very close, accessible on foot, by bicycle, or by car. A small road runs between the house and terrace but soon becomes an unpaved path, so few cars pass. The four-star gîte is in an old farmhouse barn.
