The stay was very quiet, Bruno texted the day before to welcome, I asked him if there was a popcorn pan, and promptly he sent us in the apt! Super prompt and polite! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable we feel at home! Best of all, many places are missing that are pet friendly and do not accept medium/large pets and we took our German Shepherd dog, she was super good in the apartment. Speaking of the building, the concierge Carlos received us with great attention, in addition to the concierge Fernando and the fisherman Diego, they were super lovely, we had a good chat (laughs). The waterfront is great for walking! Super we recommend Bruno's apartment! We will definitely return!

Apartment has a spectacular location facing the Sea! All close by including the center of Caraguatatuba that takes 10 to 15 minutes by car. Balcony side to the Sea, where you sleep and wake up listening to the waves of the Sea. You leave the apartment turning the street to the left the sea and more calm, close to the river, for the elderly and children and perfect. Bakery, market, not walking from 3 minutes. Well-equipped apartment, the only thing it didn't have was the large freezer and drinking fountain like the photo, I think it was in maintenance, and that's fine! Super polite condominium employees, everything is always clean. Perfect Pool, facing the sea. It has the Jamaica kiosk facing, just across the street. It's worth it, it was the best stay I had! Teresinha was very solicitous with everything and I am super grateful, I will return yesmmmmm Super indico galera, you won't regret it.

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

The place in person is even more amazing than in the listing. Perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature. Sleep and wake up to the sound of the waterfall. I recommend and I will definitely come back more often.

Our stay was amazing, we'll definitely be back again. We found the house very organized, faithful to the images. The condominium itself has a very pleasant climate, family atmosphere and a varied leisure. The location then doesn't even talk, right in front of the beach. The host always proved available. Location: the house is not facing the beach, but the condominium does, only a few meters and is already on the beach, detail the beach is clean, beautiful and with strong waves. I found it easy to find the house/condominium and it was also easy to check in General condition of the property: the house had everything it needed, it had a lot of cooking utensils and all that was in the description of the property, the most important factor was the cleaning, everything was clean and organized. I find it interesting to mention that the house does not have a covered garage, so if it is raining it is a bit complicated especially at check-in and checkout time. Hostel: She responded immediately, clarified all questions before me.

Very complete house, with lots of utensils and appliances, all new and well maintained. It accommodated 4 adults and a baby very comfortably. Large barbecue area, with shower. Everything as advertised and the host was very attentive. You have to climb a few flights of stairs in the condominium to access the house, but nothing that prevented a great experience.
