Our charming house is on a top of a hill very close (5 mins drive) to the beach of Campofilone and Pedaso, arts and culture of Fermo, restaurants and dining in Campofilone, Grottammare, Cupra, Porto San Giorgio. You’ll love our place for the light, the coziness, the beautiful views of the sea, the hills and countryside, the mountains, its true peacefulness. Our place is good for couples, artists and writers, bikers and solo adventurers. We speak fluently English, French, Italian.

In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.
