Quiet apartment with a nice garden (used by guests and my family) that divides the kitchen with TV and sofa bed from the bedroom with bathroom. Located in a central area (pedestrian area) recently renovated. A few meters away there are bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Parking is available in the surrounding areas for a fee because, as mentioned, we are in a pedestrian zone. A 5-minute walk from the sea, if necessary, there are also 2 bikes to better tour the Riviera delle Palme.

Nelle vicinanze potete trovare tutto quello che vi serve per trascorrere una bella vacanza nel fermano: mare, spiagge libere ed attrezzare, aree verdi, una bella pista ciclabile. Easily accessible by highway, the apartment is located near a bike path that connects to neighboring towns.

The penthouse with its large terrace is in the lively center full of shops in San Benedetto del Tronto and a 10-minute walk from the beaches. It is a bright and sunny apartment with a large terrace full of flowering plants and a shady pergola, on the top floor of a building on a quiet street. Linen is not included in the price. It costs €20 per person per stay. Alternatively, guests can personally provide their own linen.
