Beachfront vacation rentals in Cupra Marittima

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

Very pleasant vacation at the house of Marco Claudio, a helpful and very kind person. Upon arrival we found a bottle of great red, bread, a salami, a large basket of fresh fruit, and coffee pods for the machine. We were offered a great aperitif during the stay. Great attention to the guest. The house is beachfront (also a free beach) and in front of a pine forest with a children's playground. It has a comfortable garden, large living room, spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms both with a bathtub. Small kitchen but with everything you need (2 refrigerators and 1 dishwasher). Highly recommended apartment!

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

Great apartment and very well stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen there was no shortage of dishes. We had a great time in particular regarding the proximity to the sea and amenities. Antonio was always available and courteous in particular on the occasion of a breakdown of an important appliance, he immediately went out of his way to find a replacement and saved the situation. The only drawback of the apartment was the lack of air conditioning for us, on certain nights we missed it. Fortunately, the heat was not comparable to that of the Po Valley, so all in all it went well with the fans only. Ultimately great apartment, great location and great host. Recommended

The house is easy to find. Mrs. Cristina always answered all our questions promptly. The house is a few steps from the sea, it has an internal courtyard where you can park the car closed with a gate, although close to a campsite is a quiet dock. A nice spacious bathroom, even the other very comfortable rooms, a beautiful surprise was a small vacuum to store both empty suitcases and for the waste to be separated. You can reach it comfortably with the elevator, but it is not close to bothering the noise. Personally, living near a train I did not find the passage of trains so intrusive, which in any case there are not many, especially at night there is no passage. I highly recommend it

The listing looks exactly as pictured. Laila was kind in every interaction, welcoming and helpful. The location is strategic for those who want to enjoy some sea quietly, without having to move a little. In fact, a few minutes away is Pescara, which is closer than Montesilvano being the accommodation right on the border with the city (I mean the pedestrian area where you can take a walk in the evening, with stalls, etc.). Also a strategic point for trips on the coast, a short distance away there is also the whole part dedicated to overflow, really beautiful. Returning to the house, this is comfortable, with everything you need for a good vacation. To mention a few plus: A/C, Dishwasher, wonderful view, comfortable kitchen with dishwasher. Things to improve:I would only say the bed, I found it a little uncomfortable. Overall everything is very good, thank you Laila for your hospitality!

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

Well-maintained apartment, clean and in a great location.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Unforgettable vacation with fantastic sea views! We had the pleasure of spending 9 days in this wonderful place and are thrilled! The hosts are extremely discreet and make you feel right at home. If there are any problems, they respond incredibly quickly and find solutions immediately. The view of the sea is simply fantastic. In addition, the property is only about 10 minutes by car from beautiful beaches that can be found in the area. In just 10 minutes' walk you can reach the picturesque village of Montepagano. We highly recommend this place and look forward to our next visit!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is new and although it is small, it has the necessary space for a holiday. We had no problem handling 3 children: two slept on the sofa bed and the smaller one in the camping bed that we have placed next to us. The bathroom is large with a comfortable and spacious shower. The air conditioning is served on the hottest days although in Tortoreto the weather is mild. Private parking under the house and elevator is a convenience not surprisingly when handling a stroller. Maurizio was very kind and always available for any of our requests. Tortoreto is perfect for all families and I recommend Maurizio because it will make you feel like you are at home

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

We enjoyed a peaceful stay here. It was lovely to be so close to the beach and with a car we were able to enjoy the local area. We didn’t need heating or air conditioning but were impressed that both were available. We would be very happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful space with large terrace. Great restaurants and wine bar right in the building. Maurizio was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was kind enough to let us have a late check out.
