House vacation rentals in Cupra Marittima

Everything was perfect! The experience was beautiful, the house and the surrounding area are even more beautiful live than I expected, inside there was everything you need and even more. But above all, the hosts were impeccable from the first moment to the last. Very quick to respond, proactive, very helpful, very kind and very patient despite our great delay in the time we had requested for check-in. I couldn't recommend it more.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

We can recommend Angelo and his place unconditionally. We felt super comfortable and enjoyed the view. Angelo was always there for us and is a very special person. The tranquility is wonderful and should also be respected towards the neighbors, especially at night.

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

We had a really wonderful time at Il Noceto. The local hosts were great and the house is wonderful: well-equipped with a great location. The pool is great and the view over the valleys that surround it are wonderful.

It was nice and cozy. Perfect to have a relaxing vacation!

We stayed for the All Saints' Day holiday with the family, nice big apartment and new furniture! Like the photos! Beautiful view in a peaceful setting, convenient for visiting the villages, Recanati and Loreto! Parking in the backyard!

Casa Felice is a very special place. We didn’t want to leave. Arlette was very helpful with communication and quick to reply to my queries. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The house was well stocked and tidy. Everything we needed, was available, including beach toys and pool toys in the garage. Toys and games for the children, extra towels for the pool and beach. Very peaceful and safe location with amazing views and sunsets. The booklet put together by Arlette gave good suggestions for restaurants, and things to see and do in the area. We did a wine tour and tasting at Cantina Mazzarosa which I highly recommend. And the children’s favourite beach was Torre di Cerrano. We hope to come back to Casa Felice again soon.

Among all the apartments I stayed in, this was the most equipped (hairdryer, washing machine, iron, playing cards, coffee machine, chairs and outdoor table...) and also complete with everything you may need in the kitchen (tablecloth, burazzi, scotch, salt, coffee, oil...numerous new pots and pans) and in the bathroom ( soap, laundry detergent...). Also worth noting: the internal parking with an automatic gate, the proximity of a bakery and a grocery store. The only negative note is the provincial road that passes under the house and can be a little annoying. But otherwise the apartment is in a very convenient location for those who want to visit the Conero area and the surrounding countries.

This is already the second time I have used this apartment, which has everything you need to feel at home even for just one night. Very nice people and clean and comfortable apartment!

Very nice and new house, you can get to the sea and good restaurants very quickly. The nearby railroad tracks were still disturbing at night, but we really liked it. Beautiful kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and provided us with important information and tips😊. It was a lovely stay

Super easy and convenient check-in. Close to the train station, which is both positive and negative. Very good communication. Private. On a busy street however. A short walk to the center of Pescara.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Catia's place was lovely. It was comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, very private. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens. Bed in large bedroom was very comfortable, twin bed was a bit small for an adult (best for a child). Bedding & towels were very strongly scented, so if you have allergies, make sure Catia knows ahead of time - to wash without perfumes. Parking is not available at the unit. Just be aware you will need to find parking on the narrow city streets. We parked next to a small park at the end of the road. Overall, it was a nice place to stay & Catia was a great host.

Brand new apartment, cozy and with attention to the smallest details. The hosts are very nice, friendly and very hospitable people.....we will come back again

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.

Wonderful location, villa and an amazing host. Will definitely return again!

We were very warmly welcomed by the host and immediately felt comfortable in the small village of Villa Rossi. The apartment is new and lovingly furnished and very spacious. The neighbors in the immediate vicinity are also very friendly and helpful, for example if you have locked yourself out. The location is ideal for hiking on the Campo Imperatore and the large mountains in the surrounding area. A beautiful place to stay for a few days.

Great place to stay in the Marche countryside. Tiziana is a very helpful person. House very thoughtful in details, the pool is a plus not to be underestimated. Go back.
