It has exclusive access to a large lawn and access to a larger open space in common with two other huts. There are games for children, including a spacious tree house. The hut, completely renovated in 2022, is located at 1430 meters. It is placed along the European trail E5 and it is close to a rich network of trails perfect for trekking and e-mountain bike.

Spacious and recently renovated apartment, on the second floor of a house. Located in a strategic point to visit the best places Trentino has to offer. Great location with respect to several ski lifts (25 minutes Fai della Paganella, 40 Dolasa/Marilleva, 1 hour from Madonna di Campiglio), halfway between Trento and Bolzano. There is ample parking and covered storage for bicycles/skis. (announcement newly created for bureaucratic reasons after more than a year as Superhost)
