This is perfect for anyone who just wants to be out the way with no one around it was definitely what we needed! The kids loved going out and seeing the horses and the place was just beautiful inside and out. Would love to have a reason to come back again. My partner had a stroke in July so struggles in places too busy so he was in his element here 🥰

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

We had a wonderful stay in Georgia, and it will be our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Richmond.

A true gem. Maggie and her family have created a little paradise in Yorkshire. We arrived not realizing she was running such a delightful bed and breakfast—complete with fantastic food and cozy accommodations that allow you to experience a slice of farm life alongside her family. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the not-too-distant future.
