Vacation rentals with a patio in Cumberland

I appreciated how helpful Patrick was. I need some clarification on the instructions and he responded much quicker than I expected. The bed was honestly more comfortable than mine at home. Great value for the price!

One of the best hosts I’ve stayed with, and great apartment that met all my needs. Host was very responsive, with fast replies and great service. Going above and beyond when there was any issue. I was here for a long term stay and the apartment met all my needs! Great kitchen for cooking, nice living area for relaxing, and clean bedroom and bathroom. It’s also very conveniently located walking distance to downtown with many great restaurants / eateries of all varieties. The back porch is also a nice touch as it’s quite spacious. Would definitely recommend staying with this host!

Excellent stay, I recommend it

We had a wonderful time! The location is so convenient and very walkable! The space was beautiful with great little touches and amenities. Better than the pictures! Jeff and Sam were very responsive and present with their store being below but we still felt like we had a lot of privacy. The bar across the street got pretty rowdy at night and fire station is close with a very loud siren but if you are sound sensitive, the owners provided ear plugs and a sound machine! My husband and I were not bothered by it at all. Overall, highly recommend!!!

My husband, 2 teens and i just returned from a stay at the home. We had a great time just hanging out, hiking and enjoying the fire pit. The home was very clean, stocked well, private and beautifully decorated. Thought i would share a tip since grocery stores are pretty far away….instacart delivers to the home! It was nice to check in, put groceries away and be set for the trip!

Nice and quiet place to stay Beautiful views

Cozy, clean, exactly what I needed! My dog and I loved this AirBnB. The bed was the best I've slept in, the cleanest AirBnB I've stayed at, and the location was amazing. Very walkable, beautiful scenery. Super quiet town. The hosts checked in just enough without being over-bearing and included all details efficiently. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a cute, cozy, comfortable vacation!

Joseph’s place in Cumberland was freshly renovated with all the amenities I needed for my travel and then some. He is courteous and communicates clearly. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. 5 stars all around!

Clean, lovely historic home in Cumberland. Easy to find and access. House was equipped with everything we needed. Quiet street and neighbors. Melanie was quick to respond and was kind enough to let us check in early (though did not need to as the rain held off on the trail!). We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend. Hope to stay again!

Beautiful views and very peaceful to get away!

Paloma was beautifully decorated and very clean! It is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

We were in the area for a weekend football tournament. Most other parents got hotel rooms and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision to book this airbnb!! The bang for your buck is remarkable! The extra amenities that have been thought about to make sure you are taken care of were seriously appreciated! My teenage son loved the feel of the place! He was very intrigued with all the paintings! The vibe definitely made him super comfortable! Oh and the ease of communication and flexibility with Roman was the cherry on top! Thank you for a pleasant stay!!

I took my wife for a quick birthday getaway on a snowy january weekend. We love berkley springs as we only live 45 mins away., but i wanted a secluded place to spend the weekend just outside of Berkeley. What a great spot, we plan to return this summer w the kiddos and take advantage of the stream and water below the house. Cant wait super excited to come back. Thanks kristen for your flexibility. Perfect relaxing mountain getaway, we loved the fireplace and cozy living room. Our family loved the open living space, comfortable accommodations and the location. The hosts were very responsive and we would definitely stay again!
