We absolutely enjoyed your place! Sharon and Anna were excellent host and very supportive! The apartment lacked nothing! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We loved the trail around the whole lake and walked it each day! The location is very convenient to anything you would like to do in the mountains! A beautiful lodge in a wonderful part of the country. Definitely worth a visit!

Would stay here again, the place was just as described and very cozy. You can park your car there for free and walk around gatlinburg as you’re right off the strip. The check in and check out instructions were very easy to follow and straight to the point. 10/10 experience all around.

My wife and I came to Gatlinburg for a few days. Location was perfect for walking downtown. Covered parking was a bonus.

What a precious little find in the heart of downtown Brevard. Walkable to all things fun and delicious! Private but not secluded. Perfect for quick overnight trips to visit our student at Brevard College. Our hostess was super kind and quick to respond at booking! Will DEFINITELY rebook!!!

The place is very nice, from the creek to relax in front of or the hot tub to get into:) Our weekend started warm then went colder and the fireplace in the house gets the place warm. The area is quiet. We had two ducks going around feeding and getting ready to nest. An eagle flew through and tried to get the ducks, they dove a couple times and the eagle left to go fishing. The area is mostly free from the damages of Helene. Plenty of birds coming and going all day:)

Very welcoming place, had welcoming beverages and eggs in the refrigerator which we enjoyed. Very clean and had board games for us to enjoy. Ty again will definitely stay again

The Honey House is lovely. I loved the honey bee theme. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip.

We appreciated the attention to detail! Overall very nicely decorated. Well stocked with games, dog supplies, and even two coffee bars (upstairs and downstairs). The sound of the small babbling brook below was peaceful.

Having stayed in a number of houses on this street before, I knew it was a great location and in walking distance to town. From the start Kirk was very communicative and available to any questions or needs we had. The setup is a little different as there are two separate houses sharing common deck and outdoor space but only one of the houses has a full kitchen setup and you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another in the front house. Considering it was a "girls" trip it wasn't an issue for us but traveling with other couples it could be. Sitting outside on the deck, listening to the creek run is one of the best things about this property!

The condo was very clean and neat and what really made our stay wonderful was the bedding OMG 1st time we ever slept on a mattress that soft and puffy as well as the pillows. The hostess was very responsive to our needs. Oh and the walk to downtown Gatlinburg was just minutes away. Will I recommend their condo yes will I be returning yes if they allow us🥰

My gf and I had a great stay at Ferns beautiful condo. This place was very clean, felt very homey, and is also within walking distance to downtown. Can’t say enough good things about Fern himself, with the recommendations on what to do, and ensuring all our needs were met. He truly went above and beyond as a host.

Loved the place it was so clean and cozy made you feel so comfortable. It’s also so close to everything we just walked everywhere in town. Definitely will be booking with them again 💕

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Great experience! The place was very clean and was perfect for two people. We were able to able to walk down town if we wanted and were close enough to drive to the National park. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night and eat dinner while looking at the mountains. We will definitely be back to visit Gatlinburg!

PERFECT LOCATION! The condo is right near the beginning of the strip, but is on a side road right behind it so best of both worlds. There is a nice creek to walk by on the way to the main strip. There is restaurants, shopping, etc in walking distance. You can tell the condo building itself is a little older, but inside the condo has been maintained and updated very nicely. Has everything you need and the price was great compared to similar in the area! We will be returning in the future.

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.
