This is our 2nd Airbnb at our same mountain top location overlooking Western Carolina University and Cullowhee NC. Listed as being in the top 1% of All Airbnb based on customer satisfaction. The apartment is a 1950 square foot 2-bedroom with a a king-size beds in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything!

A wood-burning firepit is surrounded by stone, filled with crackling flames. Nearby, a hammock rests under the trees, with gentle hills and the Smoky Mountains visible in the background, creating a serene outdoor setting at dusk.

Neighborhood is quiet & family-friendly, with a ~0.88 mile "loop" with minimal traffic - great for morning walk/run. Relax inside or outside on the furnished patio as you enjoy all that beautiful Western NC has to offer. Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers!

Nearly new Park Model Cabin located on the banks of the Tuckasegee River, one of the best trout streams in NC! There is an easy access off Hwy. 107 S, about 5 miles from Cullowhee. It is close to many parks for hikiing and biking and lakes for boating and fishing. It has an all wood interior with a screened porch, picnic table , fire pit and charcoal grill. There is a nice walkway down to the river. Enjoy fishing, swimming and boating at this nice escape!

One of the most scenic rentals out there! We had a perfect stay at Wayne’s place. Instructions on how to get to the cabin were very clear and GPS surprisingly took us right to the front door. You get incredible privacy but only 20 minutes to get into town if you need anything. Would absolutely return here!

What a great place to stay! We loved the cabin and it was a great launching point for hikes or to just stay in and relax. Would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s place! My parents own a cabin nearby, but with our growing family we opted to get our own place this trip. It was the perfect size for me and wife and two small kids. Everything was clean, homey, and the view from the back porch was incredible. Karen was super responsive and was so helpful and accommodating when we had to extend our stay due to some unforeseen circumstances. We would definitely stay here again!

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Creekside Hideaway and we had an amazing time. The cabin is so cozy and the perfect environment to relax and unwind. We took advantage of a couple of nice hiking spots nearby and really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna afterwards. The wrap around deck allows for so many different spots to relax and connect with nature. We stayed for 10 days and hated to leave!! Jack and Samantha created the perfect retreat!

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Location was great and the deck over the river's edge was wonderful. Only suggestion we would have is a vacuum for the cabin versus just a broom. Rate was great and we will be back.

It was perfect, secluded enough but only three minutes away from Starbucks, Walmart, ect. Our daughter’s first vacation went amazing. Thank you!

We had a wonderful family weekend here and made memories to last a lifetime! The cabin is charming, cozy, and just the right size for a family of 5. I had a last minute addition and Homestead Haven Realty was exceptionally quick to respond and accommodate the change. We were really looking forward to making s’mores in the fire Pitt… unfortunately the weather would not cooperate. But, we did take advantage of the many games the host provided. I would not hesitate for a moment to book this cabin again and hope to do so in the near future!

Beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views were amazing!!! The road is very steep (which they warned us about) but it was fine during light hours. I wouldn’t have wanted to arrive at night. The place was worth it though. Also, they were very well stocked and made it easy to cook-in. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy a peaceful getaway!
