« Une location paradisiaque ! »Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances grâce à cet endroit qui était au delà de nos attentes.Calme,très bien situé au dessus de Toulouse,commodité de transport excellente ,un plongeon dans la piscine après une grande promenade,parcours sportifs à 2 pas :Tout est Parfait !Et n’oublions pas :Laurent toujours réactif à nos attentes !!!Nous avons décidé de signer des années le temps des études de notre fille sur Toulouse.Merci encore pour cet excellente semaine ❤️

Séjours très reposant , aucuns vis-à-vis Corinne est très gentille très réactive également studio magnifique et très propre !!! Je vous recommande vivement .

Heerlijk huis met privé zwembad met goed en stabiel internet om de mogelijkheid te hebben om te kunnen werken. Het dorp is heel dichtbij voor de boodschappen en de leuke locale markt op zaterdagochtend . Marie-Claire en haar man zijn super vriendelijke behulpzame mensen die je alle privacy geven die je nodig hebt. Een aanrader.

Die frisch renovierte, kleine Wohnung, in einem ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen, wurde von Jean-Bapitiste sehr schön ausgestattet und bieten allen Komfort. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung der wunderschönen Stadt Toulouse ideal. Jean-Baptiste ist ein sehr freundlicher und kommunikativer Gastgeber. Er nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für Erläuterungen und gibt prima Tipps für die Stadterkundung. Ich kann diese Adresse uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Toulouse for the first time. An easy walk from the station and into the beautiful city centre & especially close to the wonderful St Sernin church. Dominique was so helpful with information about how to get into the accommodation & even sent me a message to say I could arrive earlier than the stated time of 4pm. Toulouse was very hot but the apartment felt pleasantly cool because the shutters were very effective in keeping out the sun. It was lovely to have the outside patio area with comfortable seats & sun loungers. The fact that the accommodation wasn’t facing the road meant that it was really quiet. I enjoyed following Google Maps to the centre & I passed several lovely cafés, restaurants & fell upon a lively street market on the Tuesday. The bed was comfortable & I had everything I needed, just wished that I’d brought some English tea bags! Everything was really clean & there was plenty of storage place for clothes.

Great little studio apartment on the outskirts of Toulouse (10min walk to the main station, 15mins to centre). Generally very well equipped (though a Formil washing machine capsule or 2 would have been appreciated and the pepper was empty), lashings of hot water and super close to the Metro / Bus. We were there for 4 nights and it was perfect.

Der Aufenthalt war super, schöne große Wohnung in toller Lage. Ausstattung super. Aurore war immer erreichbar und hat auch den Check in vorgezogen. Vielen Dank

C’est le deuxième logement que je prend et comme le premier rien à redire. Le logement est cosy décoré avec goût. La communication est toujours agréable. Je recommande vivement !

We absolutely loved this property. The location is ideally located just across from a beautiful park and botanical garden. Very quiet, very safe. Lots of families and close to restaurants, cafe's, etc. The entire apartment was spotless from the kitchen, to the bathroom, furniture, linens, floors, etc. It felt like we were the first ones to stay there. The private rooftop terrace was such a nice place to relax in the evenings. The private garage parking was also a very nice feature, but unfortunately, we booked a larger rental car (BMW X3) and although it fit, I personally wasn't comfortable getting into the narrow entrance so ended up parking on the street. That said, next time in Toulouse, we will rent a smaller car! The hosts were fantastic - the personal check-in is such a nice feature and helpful to really get to know the property. Thank you Brune and Audrey for a wonderful long weekend in Toulouse. I hope we are lucky enough to come back!

A nice stay - perfect location for our needs. The pool was clean and very nice . Apartment was as expected for our second visit

La résidence est très calme et l’appartement de Kevin a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour: bien équipé, centre ville de Toulouse accessible soit à pied soit à métro. Kevin répond très rapidement à toutes les questions - encore merci !

Logement idéalement placé à proximité des transports qui mène en centre ville assez rapidement Logement impecable et grand dans une résidence très calme. Nous recommandons ce logement qui convient parfaitement pour une famille de 4-5 personnes car il est relativement grand.
