Pablo was one of the friendliest host I've ever dealt with. He sent me information about good restaurants and gave me info about Carnivale. He even volunteered to pick me up and take me home from the airport. The place is pretty small, (the shower is like a phone booth) but had everything I needed for a long stay by myself. Comfy bed, everything the kitchen needs and place to work. The internet was ok, I could stream about 95% of the time fine, but did have the occasional buffering issues. I could do most of my work ok, but I had a lot of issues with online conference calls with no video. The biggest issue was probably the sound. There is about as much insulation as a tent. Guest have to pass your room to leave the complex and you can hear them as though they are standing in the room with you and so I assume it's the same vice versa if you are in the room with someone. It was a little pricy but I'd still stay here again if I came back. Very nice quiet area.

Una locación maravillosa para desconectar de la rutina de la ciudad, con diferentes espacios para tener momentos amenos de compartir como una fogata nocturna o mirar las estrellas. Ubicación y acceso al alojamiento muy claros y faciles. Atención 10/10 la anfitriona siempre estuvo pendiente de sí se necesita ayuda. Completamente recomendado. Además para aquellas personas que aman el contacto con animalitos hay tres perritos que les harán sentirse como en casa.✨️

Nuestra estancia fue excelente, el departamento es como se describe en las fotos, es muy acogedor y nos sentimos como en casa. La zona es tranquila y hay varios locales de comida y farmacias cerca tanto a pie como en automóvil. El Airb&b fue realmente lindo. Fuimos con mi familia, en total 5 personas y nos sentimos súper cómodos, como en casa, las camas estaban increíbles. Cuenca una de las ciudades más lindas del Ecuador.

Just wanted to thanks Samuel. This place is nice and cozy, private and you don't have too much noise from neighbors or surroundings. The only thing is that is not so close to the city center and there are only a few things around (groceries, stores, etc). It's understandable because the building is new but you have a bus stop close to it (bus line 10). The view you have from the dorm and social area is beautiful. We had a really nice experience here.
