Beautiful villa with all the essentials for a great stay. High quality Jacuzzi and sauna. Beautiful pool. Billiards, ping pong table and barbecue. The house is prettier than in the photos. The view from the terrace is superb. Esther welcomed us very warmly and explained everything there was to know to enjoy the amenities of the house. We arrive, we put down our suitcases and we enjoy. The village center, a 2-minute walk away, is beautiful. Bars, restaurants, grocery store. You can find everything on site. We also tried the Futogolf experience nearby. Fun for football fans😅. We'll definitely come back to enjoy Esther's beautiful family home.

We had a 2 day visit in early fall. Our gracious host, Thomas, met us on arrival and gave us good dining suggestions for our short visit. The property was spacious and well-maintained, and the pool looked very inviting but the weather did not cooperate for swimming. Our apartment had huge sliding doors on the first floor, with spacious and well—furnished patios. Lots of light and spacious. Everything about the apartment and the property was clean, attractive and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for a longer visit. The location allowed us to get to either the beach or to downtown Narbonne in just a few minutes. The only drawback was that the toilet was on the first floor, while bedroom, shower and sink were upstairs, and the stairs were short-treaded so difficult to navigate in the dark. Probably not a problem for a younger person or family, but I’d choose a single-floor unit for my (older) self next time.

We had a very pleasant week and were very well received by Laurent and Christelle. The listing is a great fit. The setting is peaceful and the landscape of unnamed beauty! We would highly recommend it. Thank you Christelle and Laurent!

Arrived on Thursday evening, everything was very clear. We had a wonderful stay until Sunday. Hiking, running, restaurant nearby, and most importantly beautiful scenery. We saw the doe that is close to the village. Marie Laure explained everything to us, no problems during the stay and the chalet was more than impeccable. Really peaceful setting! 4 of us slept with our 5 and 3 year old daughters, as soon as they were asleep we went to the common room which is below the yurt to play pool! the view is superb, tranquility guaranteed, very nice pool with nice view. Valérie and her family are absolutely charming, our daughters played like crazy with their son Theo (trampoline, swing, donkeys, games, etc.) ideal for families! I would also have enjoyed it a lot just with my husband ☺️

Great little apartment, very convenient location right by steps up to the old town. You can see the old city from the attractive back terrace. Well equipped. Easy check in and check out. Would happily stay here again. For guests using the sofabed please note no proper door between the bedroom and the living room.

We had a fantastic trip, Marie-Cecile & Leonce are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment is well perfectly situated between the castle and the centre of town with a beautiful garden and close to the river. Couldn't recommend this more.

LaRouyère is so idyllic it almost felt like a movie set — minus the boom mics and drama. The garden and pool were our private retreat; we dedicated two afternoons to pure laziness: sun, breeze, and zero responsibilities. The home is beautifully renovated (it includes a former wine cave!) and feels like the kind of place you'd happily get stranded. I cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen, we slept like the dead in the blissfully quiet bedroom, and the bathroom surprised us both — showers are usually utilitarian for me, but this one was hard to leave, and my husband was equally smitten with the tub. Stuart shared great tips, including the St. Chinian market, where I found heirloom tomatoes and carrots I’m still thinking about. Both hosts were generous, friendly, and struck that great balance of available-but-not-hovering. We left feeling rejuvenated — and already looking forward to a return.

Gregory's villa is really great. We were able to enjoy a long, quiet weekend. The villa is also very well located and we discovered Narbonne and the surrounding villages with stars in our eyes! It was our second time visiting, and we loved it even more than we did the first time. Richard, Marvin, Burt, Marge & Toby are all exceptional hosts. We absolutely loved our time there. The pool is divine, and sitting outside Gite 1 every evening playing chess and drinking rosé was the best. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere; only the sound of birds singing and trees rustling in the wind - but only 10 minute drive to a supermarket. Gite 1 has a fabulously big & comfortable bed, and the bathroom is recently renovated to an outstanding standard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
