An excellent place to have a good time with your friends, very well maintained and everything is very clean. My only complaint is the street at the entrance, it is too steep and with the rains we could not go up to park our cars, we had to go to leave them somewhere else Other than that, everything is perfect and Rebeca is a super hostess along with Mr. Joaquín

A great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My puppy was very happy and there's plenty of space to walk around the designated areas.

Our stay was incredible, the house was very clean and the pool was always super nice. In addition, there are water guns and it's a lot of fun, 100% family atmosphere, I took my 91-year-old grandmother and she even got into the pool because of the comforts and the type of pool with stairs to different levels and a bedroom on the ground floor, communication, 100%, all the kitchen utensils, the host was very attentive from the beginning before booking. I loved it!! Recommended not 100%, but a million. Thanks for everything, Haydeé.

This is a great place to rest and disconnect in Cuernavaca. Very close to Mexico City and with some guests who are always attentive to give a great deal and advice. My husband and I will be happy to return.

Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a taxi base), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

An extraordinary place.

This home gave us some of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations we've had. The area is perfect. Hosts are warm and empathetic. The house is beautiful, high ceilings, cool. The beautiful green areas, full of trees, with a cool and huge pool, almost for us alone. We will always be back. Thank you!

We had an excellent long weekend in Tepoztlán. Raul gave us excellent recommendations, and Alfredo kept in touch with us to make sure everything was going well. The place is perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the rooftop was amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. I struggled a little with the hot water, but it was my mistake, since I had a solution and I did not ask. The bad thing is that there is no cell phone signal, but you do not stay incommunicado because of the internet, although in a few moments it disconnected. The apartment is incredible, the subdivision has everything you need to have a good time, Diego is super attentive as always. We love it because you really feel at home. Diego has all the details so that you don't miss anything, inflatable balls, water guns, games, lounge chairs, everything super organized, cared for and clean. We have already returned and will certainly continue to do so.
