Perfect place to rest and have a nice time with the family. Arlette was very kind and clear with the arrival instructions. We were all very happy, although it was a short time. We will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation, just like the photos, the place is very clean, comfortable, nice design, we liked that it had its drinking water dispenser too, maybe it needs some privacy at the entrance since you can see through the front door, but the rest of the windows have curtains. Nadia was super attentive, she responded quickly to our concerns, we would definitely stay at this place again

The experience in the accommodation was very comfortable, very central and with many things to do very close by. There was good communication with Mariel. I recommend it 100%.

Very nice, the internet, gas and electricity never failed, the neighbors were very respectful and quiet, which allows you to rest well. The kitchen is well-equipped to even bake bread comfortably, and the location near Chedraui is very convenient.

Ale is super friendly and attentive all the time. The apartment looks better than in the photos, spacious, pleasant and super clean. It's a very complete apartment for cooking. The pool is a big plus, especially considering the typical heat of the region. Super accessible by public and private transportation. Finally, I think the price, service and amenities make it ideal for any occasion.

A spectacular stay in a quiet and beautiful area. We really enjoyed the comfort. The place was spotless. Teresa and Elena were always available regarding communication. Definitely the best accommodation option.

The place is simple but very well designed, and with a great little kitchen. The ground floor apartment opens out into a large shared garden with a breathtaking view of the mountain. Especially at sunrise and sunset. There is some noise audible from the apartment next door neighbours, and additionally at the weekends the hotel/bar across the road is open and quite lively. However, overall its a wonderful, quiet and peaceful place to retreat back to after a day in the popular and busy Tepoztlan central. Its also very easy to get TO Tepoztlan via the bus which you can catch outside for just 10 pesos. The person who you will communicate is called Jonathon - not Daniel. And the host is Yuri who is a wonderful person with impeccable taste in design. She also assisted me in booking a reasonably priced Airport taxi. Jonathan was very responsive and helped me with local recommendations and tips and also some other queries I had. Thanks for a great stay! I'd love to visit again.
