Monthly Rentals in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach

Susan’s place was incredibly clean, and we felt comfortable right away. The size is perfect for two people. The garage and the washing machine below the apartment were super convenient. Everything you need for a stay near the beach is provided—chairs, an umbrella, and more. We experienced a power outage affecting the entire street, but Susan immediately supported us and ensured everything was taken care of. We truly felt looked after. Highly recommended!

The location and community are the best. The facility was perfect. Studio is over the garage. Off street parking is included. One mile from a beautiful and famous outdoor mall in a beautiful resort, ocean town, known as, Newport Beach, CA. This unit has A/C and heating systems. The owners, Ken and Pam are exceptional.

We stayed here for the winter and absolutely loved every part of it. This place is spacious and is perfect for two adults working remotely. We love the super close farmer’s market on Saturdays and our very favorite restaurant, Opah is right down the road. Rachel is an amazing host and the place is beautiful. We also really enjoyed the pool area and hot tub. We will be back for sure!

I had a great stay at Kristy’s apartment for a 3-month internship. Kristy’s place was perfect — It is centrally located, clean, and had all the amenities (in-unit laundry, kitchenware, consumables, etc.) for everyday living. Kristy is responsive in case of any issues during the stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Irvine!
