The apartment was clean and modern, and it had everything we needed. The building felt very safe, and amenities like the gym and pool were nice.

Kye’s place was great! It matched the description and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The building is pet friendly and we felt comfortable walking our dog in the area. We would stay again!

We had a lovely stay. Looks just like the photos. Place is quiet, very clean, modern, spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping and OC airport. The host was really friendly and responsive which made it easy getting settled in. Overall experience was wonderful. We will stay again. Highly recommended.

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Shant's place was great for my 2 night stay in LA. It was clean, convenient and having a dedicated parking spot made things easy. We stayed here for a family member’s graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-designed, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained, private landscaping. It was perfect for a guest in our group with knee issues, thanks to the two ground-floor bedrooms and thoughtful touches like a bench at the entry for the no-shoes policy. The iPad system controls everything from the hot tub to house music, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lori, the house manager, was exceptional—warm, responsive, and solved a minor lock issue in minutes. The location is excellent: a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and stores, and about 20 minutes on foot to downtown Culver City. Erewhon and many other amenities are located there, and driving to downtown takes just a couple of minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting LA.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. One of the best parts was how close it was to Disney—just a short drive away—which made getting to and from the parks so easy. There were also tons of great restaurants nearby, giving us plenty of dining options. The pool was a big highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for winding down after a busy day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book again!
