Monthly Rentals in Crystal City, Arlington

Great experience and a comfortable and clean place to stay! The “Cozy Bungalow” was exactly as expected in a quiet neighborhood and was in a perfect location! Very convenient getting to DC and easy to go walking around Pentagon City/Crystal city shops and restaurants. Rick and Soraya made the space very nice and welcoming. This was perfect for our little long weekend trip!Thank you!!

Spent a week here for a DC trip, with days spent downtown, only coming back to sleep basically. It’s no frills, but comfortable, with everything you might need to get you started. So quiet I sometimes wondered if anyone even lives in any of the houses around us. Not a peep all evening and night. Didn’t meet a soul except for a few people walking dogs. So peaceful, which was great because we needed to rest after the many miles each day. The only downside is the proximity of public transportation, you’re between 2 metro stops, about 0.5 mile from each, so you’ll walk a mile each day just to get to and from public transportation. For some it might be fine, for me it was a lot, with the other 5-7 miles downtown each day. The bed was comfortable but super bouncy and so my daughter and I kept waking each other up every time we moved. I would stay again, just wish the metro was closer.

It was clean, quiet, cozy, with nice shared areas. The location was great and there’s a really good diner nearby. I’d stay there again any day!
