Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

Gîte de l'orée du bois (Wood's Edge Cottage)

Cottage in the town of Montapas, at the gates of Morvan. At the edge of two ponds (swimming with MNS and fishing), you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Nature, hiking and cycling lovers will thrive. Nearby, Chatillon-en-Bazois will welcome you for its shops and its castle surrounded by the Nivernais Canal. 30 minutes from Morvan, with its lakes and rivers. For food lovers, you can visit the cellars of the Loire Valley in 45 minutes (Sancerre/Pouilly).

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Want nature, countryside in a bucolic and warm setting? So welcome between woods & bocage! 🌳🌳🌳 The house, with a cozy atmosphere, has a large garden on the edge of the forest with a beautiful panorama of the Nièvre bocage. For your comfort, linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are included in the price and the beds are made upon arrival.
