Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Newquay is 8 miles south and Newquay Airport only about 6 miles. The coastal path links all the way from Padstow to Newquay past our 7 local beaches. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Honeybee is a cosy one bedroom cottage close to Padstow harbour. The well laid out ground floor of the cottage is open plan with a modern gloss white kitchen that is fully equipped. There is a dining table for two, a retro leather sofa and a spotty Laura Ashley armchair to relax in and enjoy the Samsung smart LED television. The double bedroom has a beautiful feature freestanding bath plus another smart telly! Grohe shower, toilet and basin in a contemporary shower room. Outdoor dining table.

The Lynhay, Tregerrin Barns-Trevone and Padstow

We found and fell in love with Tregerrin Barns 15 years ago as derelict 19th Century farm buildings. They sit in the middle of cornfields between Padstow and Trevone in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on Cornwalls north coast. Within a short walk are the beaches of Trevone, Harlyn, and Tregirls, Padstow and it's top restaurants, and glorious hikes around a magnificent coast. We retained the essence of the barns in natural stone and oak for a simple, quiet, and beautiful place to stay.
