It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

The S&A House apartment is located in Bagnoli della Rosandra, a village at the mouth of the Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice Reserve, a few kilometers from Trieste, close to the border with Slovenia. It is a 20 sqm apartment consisting of a small double bedroom, bathroom and living area with sofa bed. The home is very special, with furniture designed to make all spaces useful. Nearby is a coin-operated laundry, a pastry shop, two supermarkets and a pharmacy. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bus.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
