Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Crno

Katarina und Predrag sind äusserst freundliche, herzliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Obwohl wir erst um 12:30 Uhr am selben Tag gebucht haben, konnten wir das Haus am Abend in einem einwandfreien Zustand beziehen Das Haus war sehr sauber und Predrag säuberte alle 2 Tage den Pool, immer darauf achtend unsere Privatsphäre nicht zu stören. Bei Problemen waren sie sofort erreichbar und haben sich umgehend gekümmert! Zum Ende unseres Urlaubes hätten sie uns zum Grillen eingeladen, welches wir aber leider nicht wahr nehmen konnten, da wir schon andere Unternehmungen geplant hatten....eine Woche ist viel zu kurz. Inventar, Küchengeräte alles top! Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Für ihn war das eingezäunte und große Grundstück und auch dievangrenzenden Feldwege zum Gassigang wunderbar!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Antonija und Familie.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

Sanja hat uns trotz verspäteter Landung 1:30 in der Nacht herzlich empfangen und sich sogar noch die Zeit genommen alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Sie hat sehr schnell auf all unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns über etwaige Sachen informiert, mit einem Aufenthalt bei ihr machen sie alles richtig.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Very nice place to stay! Darya was really helpful and responsive giving us great local recommendations! Loved the tip about using the barkika boat to access the old town much quicker. Also loved going to have a coffee at Marex by the water. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Zadar!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Sympatyczna i pomocna Mirjana ugościła nas w apartamencie z przepięknym widokiem. Była ona bardzo pomocna, wskazała nam lokale w okolicy godne polecenia. Miejsce do zapisania i ponownego odwiedzenia. Do zobaczenia w przyszłym sezonie ✌🏻

The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. The terrace is a great spot for relaxing, with a large sun umbrella for when it gets too hot. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from all that Zadar has to offer. Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend Ivan’s place for a holiday.

Besonders gut hat uns die Nutzung der Fahrräder gefallen, dass Kaffee und weitere nützliche Dinge und Snacks vorhanden waren sowie die ruhige Lage (besonders für die Nacht) und der Blick in den Garten von der kleinen sehr gemütlichen Terrasse.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Bibinje. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Bäckerei und Restaurants sowie Souvenir Läden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön! Jedes Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage. Nach Zadar ist es nicht weit. Am Pool sind liegen, allerdings keine Sonnenschirme. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Darijo sent us a message in advance telling us how exactly the check-in would work. Everything went easy, he's super responsive and the place was perfectly clean when we arrived. Several instructions can be found in the apartment making it very easy to connect to the wifi, use the appliances and find stuff nearby. All in all Darijo is a great host that thought everything through and the place is nice!

Tout était parfait! Roko et Tereza étaient très attentifs. Le site était très très bien avec la cours intérieure et la belle piscine.

Ante and Milena are fantastic hosts, communication was great and Ante even Carried our suitcase up many steps to the apartment and fully explained everything we needed to know about the unit and Zadar The apartment even had partial views of the city and ocean and was all recently renovated Location was a bit too far for walking to the beach and old Town but Ubers were always a quick response and around 6 euros each way The price reflects the location There is about 80 plus steps up to the apartment so keep that in mind if you don’t like stairs ! We would highly recommend Ante and Milena and the property Glenn and Diane , from Australia

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Andro reageerde snel en vriendelijk en de ruimte was precies zoals beschreven. Het dakterras was een leuke extra! Zeker aan te raden ☺️

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!
