Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

35 m² personal apartment, fully equipped, with a separate bedroom and balcony. The environment is quiet, in a quiet area. 🌳 Nearby you will find shops, a bakery and a pharmacy. No pets allowed🚫🐕🐰. No smoking/vaping inside, but allowed on the balcony, by closing the patio door tightly. 🚭 PS: this is my personal apartment, however, I will not be present in the unit during your stay.

Thank you so much for a great stay! The accommodation was perfectly as described: clean, well-equipped, and very pleasant to stay in. I especially enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood. The host was available, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the stay. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again!
