The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The exclusive furnishings and fittings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and breathe the atmosphere of cultivated private rooms.

Your birthday, wedding, company event, or artistic meetup is welcome here! The location is directly on the river Mulde with ample parking and tenting space around the house. It is easily reachable by train (1 hour from Leipzig + 10 minutes walking) yet provides a private and beautiful environment for your special weekend.

Vila Kokrhačka

The house with a capacity of 18 beds is located in the beautiful landscape of the Ore Mountains. There is WiFi connection throughout the villa. On the ground floor of the house there is an equipped kitchenette, dining room and a large sofa set with TV. On the first floor there are two quadruple rooms, on the second floor two triple rooms and on the third floor a cozy attic room for four people. There are two bathrooms with 3 massage tubs. The price does not include towels, only bed linen.

Seminarhaus Zum Waldblick

Room for 2 with luxury bathroom (shower, tub and infrared cabin) in a family atmosphere (all other rooms are common rooms). Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. Right in front of the house is a forest with a bike path and numerous lakes. I'll be happy to provide further information.

The unique Ski Villa Rubicon offers facilities for a larger family or a group of friends. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Klínovec Ski Resort. It has two bedrooms, two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchenette with dining room. There is a bathroom with shower and two toilets. There is also a home infrared sauna at your disposal. WiFi and parking at the house is a matter of course. There are several restaurants around the house.
