Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Detached massive vacation home in a quiet location with unobstructed views of nature. From here, you can start your hikes or cycling tours. In winter, there are groomed trails in the immediate vicinity. In the neighboring village of Eibenstock is the ski arena Wurzelrudi. There is a ski rental and ski school. The cool reservoir in the middle of the forest is only a 10-minute walk from the vacation home. Dogs are welcome and can really let off steam on the large property.

Of course, you can also use our well-known health spa and sauna for vacation and wellness. Hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists will get their money's worth here in the Erzgebirge in every way. You can also familiarize yourself with the mining history of the Western Erzgebirge here.
