NOTE - club house / leisure facilities not open in winter months - it opens few weeks feb and back open seasonal from Easter until after Halloween No pets / no smoking

Newly refurbished static caravan with an unobstructed sea view to die for. There isn’t a better place to watch the sun rise on a Summers morning. Access to all of Parkdean Resorts facilities including restaurant, clubhouse, and swimming pool by purchasing a pass from reception. Sleeps 6 people: 1 double, 2 singles, 1 pullout bed in the living room. Dog friendly, but no smoking allowed. TV in living room and double bedroom. Kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine. This stylish Edwardian terraced house is perfect for couples or a family. On the edge of Durham Heritage Coastline & Castle Eden Dene Nature Reserve. 8 mins walk to beaches & cliffs. On a clear day views as far as Blyth & Whitby. The sandy beach has wonderful rock formations & an abundance of sea glass after a high tide. Regular sightings of seal, dolphin, deer and rare birds. Also the beach is the location of the final scenes of Get Carter with Michael Caine & Britt Ekland (1970).
