We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Pleasant accommodation and very friendly hosts.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

The space is very cosy and in pristine condition, Liqing made sure everything was in order and walked us through how to use anything we inquired about. The yard is also very clean and pretty 🤍 The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Our stay was lovely from our first day all the way through to end. César was extremely patient and kind during our exchange ahead of checking in despite how much I may have bothered him about being able to check in early. The apartment was clean with everything you needed in various cupboards. It really felt like a home away from home. Most importantly the shower pressure and temperature was impeccable and perfect after a long day sightseeing. The neighbourhood is delightful and makes the 10-15 minute walk to the train station seem so much shorter. Roughly 20-25 minutes into Paris on the Metro. For those with children there is a lovely park and playground nearby. We had a lovely lunch at Pizza del Piano on our first day and the food was great with an even better price tag. Can’t recommend enough. Can’t recommend César and his home enough!

Had an amazing stay at Zahyas apartment! It was lovely and cleans and perfect for what we required! Zahyas mum met us on check in and was extremely helpful! She was so kind and left a goody bag for my daughter! Baptiste was very quick to reply to any queries and was kind enough to let us have a later check out time due to flights being delayed! Would highly recommend staying here!

Thanks Elise for a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for Disney, as we could come back for lunch. We got the bus once, but this was 10 Euros for 2 adults and 2 children and so we walked, which the kids managed fine (20 minutes door-to-door at a moderate pace). It was easy getting in and out of Disney too. It was especially helpful to be able to walk home after the fireworks, as the queues for public transport looked huge. The apartment had everything we needed and having a washing machine was brilliant. The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked very well, however we found it too loud to use at night due to the intermittent noises. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a very nice vegan cafe (Wild and the Moon) and an enormous supermarket about 15-20mins walk away. Uber Eats do grocery deliveries too. The terrace was lovely, especially the hanging chair. Quiet location, with a small playground next door. Uber taxis to Paris were ~40-60 Euros

Our stay was the best. The responsiveness of the hosts and their kindness made this vacation even better. A very nice apartment in a quiet place a little off-center from the Paris movement, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

A beautiful, intricate, spiral staircase leads to this quiet, calm, carefully designed apartment, with its Montmartre spirit. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen space has everything needed. Balcony with views to the sky. Great location near cafes, bakeries, patisseries and other artisinal shops. We had a wonderful stay.

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

Great hosts, super helpful, very accommodating.. cozy apartment, safe. Neighbourhood full of restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store. Lovely balcony to enjoy your mornings and evening.. bus stop at your doorstep and Rer just a 6-7 minutes leisurely walk. Brilliant choice to stay in Paris, but not touristy at all. Once again, very kind hosts. We’ll come back again in a heartbeat.
